• All direct debit payments will be collected on the 1st of the month and you will receive a billing notification on the 19th of the month prior.
• Please note that if you have signed up to direct debit after the 19th of a month, you will still need to pay any bills that have already been issued in the normal way. In this instance, the first direct debit collection will be applied to the billing notification we send you on the 19th of the following month.
• Once all outstanding bills are settled, please don’t forget to cancel any standing order you may have set up with Pure Latitude.
