Our Jeanneau 389 ‘Pure Pressure’ is a great cruising boat, with aft chines in her hull providing power and stability as well as extra space and storage below decks. Her clean deck layout is suitable for all abilities.
With 3 double cabins, she’s a popular choice with members looking to stretch their legs with larger crews / longer passages. She carries the fixed keel option, ensuring she’s strong on performance while still being comfortable and stylish.
Pure Pressure is part of our boat share fleet based in Hamble.
With a roof top mainsheet and all halyard and furling lines run forward of the cockpit, Pure Pressure offers a lovely clean and simple deck layout – suitable for all abilities.
Her twin wheels and central cockpit table provide easy access to the aft swim platform.
Down below, she offers a contemporary feel throughout the saloon, three double cabin and good sized heads.
Her ample chines provide good upwind control and a more stable helm when heeling. She has a conventional furling headsail and slab reefing mainsail.
The 30hp engine delivers all the power needed, through her three blade prop, for passage making and close quarters manouveres.
Pure Pressure is coded to CAT2 (allowing passages of up to 60 miles from a safe haven) and carries a full inventory of safety equipment including lifejackets and harnesses.
