Our Jeanneau 349 ‘Pure Potential’ is a great cruising boat, eager and able to please. She’s flexible in terms of how you want to sail and you can take her out short handed or fully crewed.
She’s a popular choice with members because she’s strong on performance while still being comfortable and stylish. She’s a great choice if you’re planning to stray off-grid for a couple of days – her lifting keel allows access to harbours where tide heights may restrict access for others and her large heads with separate shower provides extra convenience.
Pure Potential is part of our boat share fleet based in Hamble.
With a roof top mainsheet and all halyard and furling lines run forward of the cockpit, ‘Pure Potential’ offers a lovely clean and simple deck layout – suitable for all abilities.
Her twin wheels and central cockpit table provide easy access to the aft swim platform.
Down below, she offers a contemporary feel throughout the saloon, two double cabin and single extra large heads with separate shower room.
Her ample chines provide good upwind control and a more stable helm when heeling, whilst her twin rudders provide increased control under sail with the leeward rudder deeper and straighter in the water.
The 21hp engine delivers all the power needed, through her three blade prop, for passage making whilst her bow thruster provides additional maneuverability at close quarters.
Pure Potential is coded to CAT2 (allowing passages of up to 60 miles from a safe haven) and carries a full inventory of safety equipment including lifejackets and harnesses.
Additional systems include:Bow thruster, anchor windlass, webasto heating, B & G Zeus chartplotter, autopilot and more….
