Our points system explained.
The cost of a booking as calculated above varies depending on the boat you book and when you sail.
Seasons
We divide the year into three seasons:
• High season (July & August): 33% more points than mid season
• Mid Season (April-June & September-October): Standard rate.
• Low Season (November-March): 33% less than mid season.
Day of week
Fridays are 20% more than Monday-Thursday. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are 25% more than the Friday rate.
Time of day
We split each 24-hour period into two slots:
• Day slot: 8am to 6pm
• Evening slot: 6pm to 8am
Combining an evening with a day adds 20% to the day slot rate. If you book an evening slot on it’s own, it costs 40% less than the day slot rate.
The table below shows the boat point charges for a standard day slot (8am-6pm) at the different times of week and seasons.
