DESCRIPTION:Last year we ran our first med flotilla to the Sporades but we only scratched the surface! This time we’re planning to pick up where we left off and explore eastwards around Alonnisos. \nThe Sporades are renowned for reliable winds\, marine parks\, clear waters and stunning beaches. You can choose whether to explore as a group or venture into the blue for some peace and quiet\, meeting up for social meals at local tavernas. \nA Pure Latitude lead boat will be in the fleet to guide as much or as little as needed. \nBoat guide prices range from €3000 – €4500 for yachts from 35 – 45ft and a group discount will be available to be shared once we confirm numbers. \nMembers will need to organise travel but some group transfers can be arranged. \nAt this stage we are asking you to register your interest in this trip by email to info@ by 7th February\, stating approximate boat size and number of people.

Everyone should experience it at least once! \nThe Race:\nOur Racers Boat is the X-Yacht 37 Pure Attitude\, a performance-oriented yacht competing under IRC with high-tech laminate sails. This is the boat to join if you’re a keen racer or want to experience the cut and thrust of true race conditions. \nThe itinerary (subject to change):\nFriday – Meet your race skipper and crew at 09:00 in Hamble for a full day of training\, focusing on teamwork and optimising boat speed. Return to Port Hamble in the evening for a crew debrief and dinner ashore.\nSaturday – Race Day – Expect an early start and around 8–9 hours of racing around the Isle of Wight before returning to Hamble for departure. \nAccommodation:\nStaying overnight in Hamble.\nPlease stay onshore and we highly advise booking early. DESCRIPTION:Fancy blasting across the channel on the J/45 ‘Stickleback’ to the beautiful French harbour of Honfleur? This is going to be a very special trip with a likely mileage in excess of 250 nautical miles. \nThis stunning 2022 J-45 is quite some boat\, and she is available through Pure Latitude for this trip as she is owned by an ex-club member. She’s a superlative performer that is everything a cruiser/racer should be; easily handled\, impeccably behaved\, beautifully comfortable down below and\, perhaps most importantly of all\, impressively quick. The price tag on a new J/45 comes in upwards of £700\,000\, so this is a very special opportunity to sail onboard this beautiful boat. \nAnd the destination won’t disappoint either! Nestling in the Normandy estuary where the Seine meets the English channel\, harbours don’t come any prettier than Honfleur. Colourful half-timbered houses jostle for position on the quay\, along with art galleries and restaurants serving delicious seafood. It’s a gem to visit and always extra fun on a boat. Leaving and coming back to your berth is often the most nerve wracking part of the day – but it really needn’t be. Build your confidence and learn new skills from an RYA instructor who will teach you how to use the wind\, tide\, prop walk and prop wash to your advantage. This full day event is open to both experienced and new skippers and covers everything required for a perfect park. You will plan your manoeuvre\, communicate with your crew and gain plenty of hands on practice mooring the boat in a variety of conditions. \nThis is a second boat added for Park it Like a Pro on the same day\, due to demand.
