The jewel of the Mediterranean calendar – each edition is exceptional, both on shore and on the water as modern and classic yachts meet in the superb location of St. Tropez for a week of coastal racing. The world famous J Class classics, originally designed to compete for the America’s Cup in the 1930’s, have undergone a revival in popularity in recent years. Several of these compete on a special course with the Wally yachts fleet, providing a breathtaking spectacle off the beaches of Pampelonne.
The stunning scenery of St Tropez is the perfect back drop for the shore side hospitality and glamorous crew parties.
Every year, the regatta has a stunning array of modern and classic yachts competing in the coastal series.
We are entering our X-Yacht 46 ‘Impulse’, she is fully equipped for inshore regattas with a full suit of racing sails. Sails include North Sails mainsail (2018), No.1 Aramid Laminate Jib, No.2 (3DL style) and a Code Zero which is a critical sail for this type of offshore race. Whilst ‘Impulse’ is big enough to offer exhilarating performance, she is still small enough to be really engaging to sail.
