DESCRIPTION:Race onboard our X-Yachts 37 ‘Pure Attitude’ in the 2026 JOG Coastal Series. JOG races are known for their friendly but hard fought competitiveness and also for the great social events staged at the end of each race. Suitable for all skill levels\, come along and spend the weekend improving your sailing skills on the race course\, as well as enjoying the camaraderie of fellow team members. \nThe Race’s\nThis consists of two races\, Cowes to Yarmouth and Yarmouth to Cowes. \nThe itinerary (subject to change)\nSaturday-Off dock at 8am\, Race to start followed by a Crew Dinner at a local restaurant in Yarmouth.\nSunday-Race Day followed by departure back at Hamble. \nAccommodation\nStaying overnight in Yarmouth.\nWe do have accommodation available ashore in a crew house at an additional cost. Please let us know if you want to book this. \nPlease note\nPrice does not include onshore accommodation or catering. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day. Whether you are a newly qualified day skipper or are looking to consolidate previous experience\, this intensive 2 day event is a great way to develop 3 key skill areas. \nStarting with a sail trim and reefing session\, you’ll get lots of hands on experience and benefit from the top tips and best practices from a PL instructor. As day turns to night\, you’ll work through a serious of navigational exercises before overnighting in a Solent marina away from Port Hamble (choice dependent on weather). Day 2 will focus on marina boat handling both in the morning and on return to Port Hamble\, with more sail trim and navigational work covered on the return leg to Port Hamble. \nJoin with other members and benefit from a 2:1 student-instructor ratio for a high quality training experience! \nMarina fees away from the home berth and food onboard are not included.

DESCRIPTION:The Channel Island Flotilla is a fantastic opportunity enjoy some adventure cruising under the guidance of our lead yacht. \nWe encourage you to make your own boat booking and join the lead boat across the Channel to explore these idyllic islands. Alternatively\, join us onboard our lead boat and choose whether you simply relax or learn from our professional skipper. Motor boaters welcome (and get more time to enjoy!). \nThe Channel Islands is an unforgettable boating destination offering stunning coastlines with unspoilt beaches and picturesque harbours. Ashore\, the rich history\, charming mix of cultures and exceptional cuisine add another dimension. The plans for this trip\, as always\, are weather dependent so a precise itinerary will be decided closer to the time but the lead boat will plan to depart Hamble late on Wednesday 25th June and return by 5pm on Monday 30th June. Accompanying boats should cross together but once you arrive\, you are free to vary your itinerary\,  perhaps choosing to extend your trip to enjoy more of the islands or even return sooner. \nAccommodation onboard :\nSaloon berth: £800 or 80 points.\nPrivate cabin : Twin occupancy @ £1500 or 150 points. DESCRIPTION:This one day assessment is the fastest way for experienced skippers to get on the water and demonstrate competence. \nYou will focus on the core skills required to safely skipper sailboats within the Pure Latitude fleet. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day. It should be submitted to the office three days prior to the assessment date. \nBefore booking an assessment please ensure you’ve completed the First Booking Form and have read our guidance on passing your competence assessment

This full day training experience is ideal for any sailor or motor boater looking to try out inland waterways. Prior riverboat experience is not required.
