However\, this part of the coast is quite exposed\, so if required we may divert to Studland Bay\, Lulworth cove or Weymouth. \nWhether you’re looking for a break from the daily grind or want to stretch your legs in preparation for your own future trips\, this is a great opportunity to explore some of the less visited gems on the South Coast. \nPrice:\nSaloon berth: £620 or 62 points.\nPrivate forecabin (ensuite): Twin occupancy @ £1360 or 136 points. Everyone should experience it at least once! \nThe Race\nOur Racers Boat is the X-Yacht 37 Pure Attitude\, a performance-oriented yacht competing under IRC with high-tech laminate sails. This is the boat to join if you’re a keen racer or want to experience the cut and thrust of true race conditions. \nThe itinerary (subject to change)\nFriday – Meet your race skipper and crew at 09:00 in Hamble for a full day of training\, focusing on teamwork and optimising boat speed. Return to Port Hamble in the evening for a crew debrief and dinner ashore.\nSaturday – Race Day – Expect an early start and around 8–9 hours of racing around the Isle of Wight before returning to Hamble for departure. \nAccommodation\nStaying overnight in Hamble.\nPlease stay onshore and we highly advise booking early. It’s the perfect mix of competitive sailing but generally a bit less hardcore.. \nThe itinerary (subject to change)\n \nFriday – Meet your skipper and crew at 09:00 in Hamble for a full day of hands-on race training. You’ll focus on coordination\, sail trimming and race tactics to get the most out of the boat. In the evening\, sail across to Cowes for a crew debrief and dinner ashore. \nSaturday – Race Day! DESCRIPTION:This one day assessment is the fastest way for experienced skippers to get on the water and demonstrate competence. \nYou will focus on the core skills required to safely skipper sailboats within the Pure Latitude fleet. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day. It should be submitted to the office three days prior to the assessment date. \nBefore booking an assessment please ensure you’ve completed the First Booking Form and have read our guidance on passing your competence assessment

Be part of this historic milestone and experience the buzz of racing among hundreds of yachts\, world-class sailors\, and spectators lining the Solent. Sail aboard our X-Yacht 37 Pure Attitude and soak up the unforgettable Cowes atmosphere. \nThe Racing\nThis year’s Cowes Week promises to be extra special\, with commemorative events\, heritage celebrations\, and exceptional racing.\nYou’ll take part in four days of competitive yet friendly racing\, a perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills\, teamwork\, and tactics.\n\nItinerary (subject to change)\nFriday evening – Sail over to Cowes and enjoy a crew dinner at a local restaurant.\nSaturday – Bicentenary race day followed by a relaxed BBQ and evening celebrations.\nSunday – Race day followed by dinner and social evening in Cowes.\nMonday – Race day followed by dinner and social evening in Cowes.\nTuesday – Final race day before returning to Hamble. \nAccommodation\nWe recommend booking accommodation early in Cowes. It will be an exceptionally busy year for the bicentenary celebrations.\nLimited berths are available onboard Pure Attitude on a first-come\, first-served basis.\nIf accommodation is required\, please discuss options with the PL team at the time of booking \nPlease Note\nThe price does not include onshore accommodation or catering.\nThe itinerary may change depending on weather conditions.\nA minimum number of participants is required for this event to go ahead.
