DESCRIPTION:The Race:\nRace onboard our X-Yachts 37 ‘Pure Attitude’ in one of the most popular RORC races on the calendar Cowes – St Malo race. This race duration is 151nm. \nThe RORC race to St Malo takes place on Friday 5th July and forms part of the JOG Offshore series in 2024. \nThe itinerary (subject to change): \nIt is best to come down Thursday evening for an early start the next day. \nFriday – Early set off time around 6am. Race day. \nSaturday – Arrive in St Malo and if time allows have a crew meal. \nSunday – Departure back at Hamble with the aim to be back Sunday evening. Please note this could change and you may not be back till the early hours of Monday morning. \nAccommodation: \nPlease let know if you are planning to stay in Hamble or wish to stay on the boat on Thursday night. During the race\, you will be sleeping in shared cabins appropriate to the number of crew and space available and watch system. \nPlease note:\nPrice does not include catering.

DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Royal Solent Yacht Club and sponsored by Taittinger\, this Regatta makes for a great weekend of racing and partying. Join our X-Yacht 37 ‘Pure Attitude’ for a training day on Friday\, arriving in Yarmouth in time for the Champagne Reception and Club Supper. Saturday and Sunday feature three races in the Western Solent. \nThe weekend’s social events usually include: \nFriday Evening: \n– 18:30 – 19:30 = Taittinger Champagne Reception (to be invoiced separately\, ticket price TBC) \n– 19:00 – 21:00 = Club Supper (to be invoiced separately\, ticket price TBC) \nSaturday Evening:  \n– Crew dinner = arranged somewhere local. \n– 20:30 – 01:00 = The Towers’ party and Fireworks. The ever popular fundraising party with 3 bars and several live bands in the garden of ‘The Towers’ adjacent to the RSYC (to be invoiced separately\, ticket price TBC). \nPlease do confirm the events you would like us to book for you. \nAccommodation: \nWe do have berths available onboard and accommodation on-shore. DESCRIPTION:This one day assessment is the fastest way for experienced skippers to get on the water and demonstrate competence. \nYou will focus on the core skills required to safely skipper sailboats within the Pure Latitude fleet. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day. It should be submitted to the office three days prior to the assessment date. \nBefore booking an assessment please ensure you’ve completed the First Booking Form and have read our guidance on passing your competence assessment

DESCRIPTION:Race onboard our X-Yachts 37 ‘Pure Attitude’ and be part of Cowes Weekend\, which is a fantastic opportunity to immerse oneself in the thrill of racing. Being surrounded by hundreds of other boats creates a great atmosphere. \nThe Race’s:\nThis consists of two races. \nThe itinerary (subject to change): \nSaturday – Off dock at 8am\, Race to start followed by a Crew Dinner at a local restaurant in Hamble. \nSunday – Race Day followed by departure back at Hamble. \nAccommodation:\nStaying overnight in Hamble\nWe ask crew to stay onshore and highly advise accommodation to be booked early. There is very limited space on board.\nIf accommodation is required\, please do discuss requirements with the PL team. \nPlease note:\nPrice does not include onshore accommodation or catering. The itinerary is subject to change dependent on weather.\nWe do need this event to be full for us to race. We will review this a month before.
