DESCRIPTION:This one day assessment is the fastest way for experienced skippers to get on the water and demonstrate competence. \nYou will focus on the core skills required to safely skipper sailboats within the Pure Latitude fleet. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day. It should be submitted to the office atr least two days prior to the assessment date. DESCRIPTION:Join the trip to Val d ‘Isere. Val is an excellent all round resort with plenty of variety to cater for all ski abilities\, from beginner to guided off-piste. Join Martin for the full week or a just a few days. \nRather than tie everyone into one large group staying together\, we prefer to be more flexible and ask that you book your preferred style of accommodation\, travel and indeed trip duration from the extensive range of options available. We’ll meet at 09.30 every day\, usually at the Olympic lift\, and make route choices dependent on conditions (bring your charts!) We’ll also meet after skiing and for some evening meals out. DESCRIPTION:This one day assessment is the fastest way for experienced skippers to get on the water and demonstrate competence. \nYou will focus on the core skills required to safely skipper sailboats within the Pure Latitude fleet. With up to three members onboard\, you will each be asked to assume the role of skipper to demonstrate your ability and understanding of: \n\nBoat checks\nSafety briefings\nBoat handling under both sail and motor\nIRPCS.\n\nPlease allow adequate time to prepare a passage plan for the day.
